Ain’t that the truth. I’ve been 4 times in the last month getting wood for my fence. I’m not even that picky, but almost every piece is already split or warped. I’ll spend 30 mins going thru and picking out the better pieces. Then I go back in a week to look thru the next stack. What happens to all the rejects? Do they send it back? It goes somewhere, some are so bad I can’t imagine anyone bought them, but they’ll be gone the next time I go back.

I am under the impression that is someone places a bulk order, they get all the crap wood.

That's one way to get rid of it.
